The arrest of the former Mufti must be an attempt of certain quarters to harass or silence him as he been quite vocal and direct in his comments specifically on religious issues concerning Islam. The action by JAIS if not satisfactorily explained, will caused them to loose credibility. Their action is also akin to poking a "tebuan" nest. Just be on the look out for the fall out. Will be quite an interesting spectacle to watch.

Think the plot will thicken in this drama. The hidden hand .... either pro-UMNO or pro-PAS .... will act fast to kill their prey literally. as a chinese saying goes "night long dream plenty".
I support Dr Asri for his stand against corruption.
I support Michael Schumacher as much as i agree much with Dr MAZA's writing & thoughts.
However, will Schumarcher (or Lewis Hamilton or Jensen Button) be allowed to drive on Malaysian road without proper licence (International Drivers Permit?), just by virtue of their prowess and superb qulification on driving? I think not.
