KUALA LUMPUR: Over RM49mil worth of assets belonging to a group of loan sharks have been frozen following the arrests of six men, including a Datuk.

Ahh.. Loan sharks or ceti haram or just Ah Long as they are more commonly known. RM49 mil? Only the tip of the iceberg if you asked me. I mean, just go to any of the ATM machines in town areas during early of the month and you will certain individuals making withdrawal upon withdrawal while putting the cash inside assigned envelopes. Tell me what these people are doing and who they belong to. Mind you that this is in Kota Kinabalu alone. What about the other districts or town all over the country?
