Maybe these affected youths are just some of the 'bad apples from the basket'. Though I have my reservation that 20 is the actual numbers, we can't just assumed that all the youths - in the past, present and the future, actually goes to the Peninsular with the noble intention of helping their families back home .
Some may had wanted to escape from their respective 'kampungs' and to taste the 'good' big city life.
Some may have ran away due to other personal problems i.e.' fights, being influenced by friends who had been there earlier and for other reasons only known to themselves.
In short there are lots of other reason for them wanting to go there (Peninsular) and looking for jobs could be well be the last thing on their mind.
Take it from me, Sabah is really a good place to live and survive. How else do you explain the thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants zeroed in over here through the years. Yes and magnificently, they have managed to survive to a point even far better than the locals.
So for these Sabahans to travel across the South China Sea, to our capital in the Peninsular and to subsequently failed miserably there, a piece of parting advice from me - if you could not even do well in your own place, how else do you expect to do better elsewhere. Better stay at home and spare your loved ones the trouble and heartbreaks.

Yes, seriously folks. It's still out there and maybe already at the advance stages for the second wave of attack. I still, unless truly necessary, avoids crowded areas such as shopping malls. Call me a paranoid but I still believe it's better to be safe than sorry.
