Kota Marudu: An 11-year-old schoolboy raped his six-year-old cousin after watching porn in a house near Pitas.
The girl related the ordeal to her 27-year-old mother when they were
walking home from a relative's house at about 5pm the same day.
Initial investigations revealed she was with the suspect's mother at
their relative's house when the incident happened at about 2.30pm on
Sept 4.
The girl's mother lodged a report after sending her to the hospital and the suspect was arrested later.
District Police Chief, DSP Mohd Isa Yusof revealed that investigations
found that the boy had watched a pornographic movie prior to the
incident.
He advised students not to misuse the Internet by watching and searching for non-beneficial images, movies or information.
Parents have also been urged to monitor their children to prevent them from being influenced by negative elements.
